The Carolina Trader is happy to assist you in selling your items. Use this website, Call 803-781-8900, or Fax 803-399-8874 to submit your ad. Include an item price and brief description. We’ll advertise the item until it’s sold or it’s appeared in 4 issues. This gives us a fair chance to help sell the item. If the item sells via any means (i.e. Facebook, Craigslist, Auto Trader, Ebay, your neighbor/relative, ad cancelled, item traded/gifted, or any reason the item becomes unavailable during the 4 week period) the item will be considered sold and it’s fee due. Fees are based on the advertised price even if the item sells for a different price. Upon item sale, notify us so your ad can be canceled. If you have’t sold the item after it’s appeared in 4 issues, your ad may can be renewed.
All items must be priced separately. Payments cannot be refunded. If you decide to cancel your ad before appearing in its 1st issue or online, notify us beforehand or the fee is due. The Trader reserves the right to select, edit, or condense ads and refuse ads which are contrary to this policy. The Trader isn’t responsible for item condition, misrepresentation, or composition errors. Only your phone number will appear in your ad unless otherwise requested.
